Chef’s selection of Carrot & Shallot Salad, Marinated Tomatoes, Gold Beet Salad, Fennel & Dill Salad, Celery Root & Mustard Salad

Third Course – Entrees, Choice of One

Classic Thanksgiving –  Roast turkey leg and breast with smoke ham leg, Chef’s stuffing, mashed potatoes sage gravy and cranberry sauce

Beef Beaujolais  – Braised beef shoulder in Beaujolais wine with onions garnished with sautéed shiitake mushrooms and fresh thyme, fresh asparagus, and buttered potatoes

Salmon – Poached Wester Ross naturally raised Scottish salmon with vermouth shallot reduction sauce, broccolini, oyster mushrooms, and creamy cabbage gratin

Legumes – Roast butternut squash, sautéed oyster mushrooms, fresh asparagus and broccolini with herbed tomato vinaigrette, buttered potatoes, and creamy cabbage gratin

Dessert – Duo of Mousse
Chef’s chocolate and pumpkin mousse with Chantilly sauce.
