Naturally raised, house cured salmon, pastrami style, sliced and served with horseradish cream and English cucumber and fennel salad
Watercress, endive, Asian pears, pecans, hazelnut vinaigrette, and goat cheese.
House made country pork rillettes with house made pickles, Dijon wholegrain mustard and croutons
Grilled Creekstone Farms teres major with a red wine-shallot demi-glace, potato Dauphinoise, and asparagus.
Roast veal prime rib with fois gras sauce, served with spinach mashed potatoes
Pan roasted wild caught rockfish with pea coulis and tomato crab claw risotto.
Roasted duck legs confit, served with sloe gin plum gastique with parsnip puree
Tomato risotto, spinach mashed potatoes, roasted butternut squash, parsnip puree, and aspargus
Flourless chocolate cake with macerated berries.
