Soupe á la Tomate Vierge
Virgin tomato soup garnished with crab claw salad.

Saumon Fumé
Chesapeake wood-smoked salmon, garnished with hard-boiled egg vinaigrette.

Salade Anise
Shaved fennel and gold beets with virgin olive oil, tarragon
and roasted shallot vinaigrette, and crumbled goat cheese

Omelette Ma Façon
Frittata style egg omelet with asparagus, leeks, potatoes
and cheese served with a friseé and truffle salad.

Oeufs Pochés
Two organic poached eggs served atop a crispy duck confit leg, including
shiitake mushroom, potatoes, shallots, haricot vert garnished with herb hollandaise.

Galette
Pancakes served with maple syrup and berries, garnished with whipped cream.

Boeuf
Creekstone Farms Terres Major steak served with potato Dauphinoise,
asparagus, and a red wine-shallot jus.
